When you dont have unlimited amounts of time to go testing, the next best way to train is through a simulator. The GT simulator is a massively important source for my training to then arrive at my races prepared and confident at the track in hand. You can gain track knowledge and learn the ins and outs without having to be there in real life. My GT career has been boosted heavily by the Cool Performance Simulator at my house to have at my disposal.

Mark Sansom trains at home on his Cool Performance GT Pro, so he arrives at every race weekend prepared and confident without needing unlimited testing time. After starting out in GT4, he stepped up to GT3 in 2022 with Assetto Motorsport's Bentley Continental GT3, taking a Silver-Am class win at Oulton Park. In 2023 he joined Barwell Motorsport alongside Will Tregurtha in the Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVO2, and the pair were crowned British GT GT3 Silver-Am champions, clinching the title by a single point at the Donington Park finale.
