Andy Neate's simulator has become a crucial part of his pre-race preparation, helping him learn the tracks, get comfortable with different setups and perfect his technique before he arrives at an event. He spends over an hour on it every day. Andy won the Ford Fiesta Championship title in 2006 and finished first in class at the Britcar 24 Hours the same year. In the British Touring Car Championship he has raced for West Surrey Racing, Team Aon in the Ford Focus and MG alongside Jason Plato, ran his own Chevrolet Cruze in 2013, and returned to the grid with Motorbase Performance in 2020. His son Aiden Neate, a British F4 race winner, also trains on a Cool Performance simulator.
