Professional Simulators

What is the lead time on your pro simulators? 

Our professional simulators are all hand-built in the UK. Lead times vary throughout the year but we aim for 4-5 weeks + shipping. As an example we can deliver to the US door to door in 5 working days.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship our simulators worldwide, through a trusted network of multi-national shipping partners and distributors. Having delivered over 1,000 simulators worldwide, our logistics network is truly seamless. Whether you are in the USA, Canada, America's, Europe, United Kingdom, UAE, Australia, the Middle East or any other region, Cool Performance is committed to delivering world class racing simulators.

What are your payment terms for the professional simulators?

For our professional simulators we require 50% of the invoice total to secure the order. We then require the remaining 50% and shipping balance before the crates are sent.

How do I purchase a professional simulator?

Do you accept debit/credit card as payment

We do not accept credit/debit card for professional simulator purchases. We only accept wire transfers via invoice.
