Returns and Refunds

 

All Cool Performance simulators are made to order. As such, we offer a limited refund policy which reflects the bespoke nature of each build.

Refund Eligibility:

- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Partial Refund Structure:

- Non-Custom Simulators: Eligible for a 50% refund of total cost
- Custom Simulators (including personalised specifications, finishes, or branding): Due to the bespoke nature of these builds, custom simulators are not eligible for a refund

Refund Policy

- Refunds are not available beyond 14 days unless related to a verified warranty/quality issue

Return Conditions:

- Simulators must be returned in original, unused condition, free from signs of wear or damage
- The simulator will be inspected by our technical team at the point of collection- Shipping/customs chargers may also apply and will be deducted further from the final refund amount

Order Cancellations

To request a cancellation, please email info@coolperformance.com as soon as possible our team will confirm the status and process your request accordingly. Note if your order has already been started then a refund may not be possible due to the materials and build having started.

Statutory Rights

This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Terms & Conditions

Seller shall have no liability in respect of any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations to the extent that fulfilment is prevented, frustrated impeded and/or delayed as a consequence of any circumstance or event beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.

This agreement is subject to the Law of England and Wales and the English Courts have sole jurisdiction of all claims touching and concerning any Goods or these terms subject only to the rights of EU resident consumers.
