Mitch Gilbert believes Cool Performance has been one of the most useful tools for development in his career. Born in Kuala Lumpur and racing under both Malaysian and Australian licences, he finished 3rd in the KF2 class of the 2009 CIK-FIA World Cup and won a British Formula Renault race at Croft in 2011. He finished 4th in German F3 in 2012 with two race wins, raced in the FIA European F3 Championship with Mücke Motorsport and Fortec Motorsports, and competed in GP3 with Trident and Carlin before moving to GT racing.

The Formula Pro F1 simulator features a response time of 1ms. All CP-S components are built in house at Cool Performance HQ. The Formula Pro by Cool Performance has been developed by years of research and development by ex professional drivers Oliver Norris and Adrian Quaife-Hobbs, and used by 10 F1 drivers. It's been crucial in the development 10 F1 drivers careers, many of them having used it well before getting to F1. The Formula Pro F1 Sim is also used by hundreds of enthusiasts around the world, who want the most realistic F1 sim racing experience, with countless options and bespoke aesthetic customisation.
