The simulator has the same weight feel through the wheel as my car. I can also adjust it to make it more or less of a workout. This make training fun and not a task i actually just love to spend hours and hours on the sim. All the time exercising my body.

British racing driver Olli Caldwell says the Formula Pro has the same weight feel through the wheel as his car, and that he can adjust it to make training more or less of a workout. He took his first FIA Formula 3 win with PREMA in Barcelona in 2021, stepped up to FIA Formula 2 with Campos Racing as an Alpine Academy driver in 2022, and raced LMP2 in the FIA World Endurance Championship with Alpine Elf Team in 2023. In 2025 he won the LMP2 Pro/Am class at Spa-Francorchamps and at his home round at Silverstone with Algarve Pro Racing in the European Le Mans Series, finishing runner-up in the class.

The Formula Pro F1 simulator features a response time of 1ms. All CP-S components are built in house at Cool Performance HQ. The Formula Pro by Cool Performance has been developed by years of research and development by ex professional drivers Oliver Norris and Adrian Quaife-Hobbs, and used by 10 F1 drivers. It's been crucial in the development 10 F1 drivers careers, many of them having used it well before getting to F1.
