American racing driver Robert Megennis says his sim has become a crucial part of his pre-race preparation. A Road to Indy graduate, he raced in Indy Lights with Andretti Autosport before switching to sports cars. He made his GT3 debut at the Indianapolis 8 Hour in 2020, contested the 2021 IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup in Vasser Sullivan's Lexus RC F GT3, and ran a full 2022 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship season in GTD with CarBahn with Peregrine Racing's Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo. He has since raced in the IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge with Turner Motorsport and Czabok-Simpson Motorsport, and returned to GTD in 2025 with Gradient Racing's Ford Mustang GT3.
