I started using my Formula Simulator early in my racing career, allowing me to train for my car racing while I was still karting. I had to learn how to use the brake and learn a number of car tracks for the upcoming F4 I was signed to drive. It was a challenge to start with but I was driving the most accurate way with the right steering, car model and brake feeling to the real car. Once I had driven the real car I knew that a huge amount of time on the simulator was going to benefit me. I drive on my simulator in my downtime away from the track to improve my technique and I then bring this back to the track to build on what I have already learnt. It's a must for all drivers wanting to find the edge on the competition.

Ugo started training on his Formula Pro simulator while he was still karting, learning the brake feel and the car tracks ahead of his first season in F4. Cool Performance installed and set up his Formula Pro, the same spec used by our F1 drivers, and Ugo went on to become the 2026 FIA Formula 3 Champion.

The Formula Pro F1 simulator features a response time of 1ms. All CP-S components are built in house at Cool Performance HQ. The Formula Pro by Cool Performance has been developed by years of research and development by ex professional drivers Oliver Norris and Adrian Quaife-Hobbs, and used by 10 F1 drivers. It's been crucial in the development 10 F1 drivers careers, many of them having used it well before getting to F1.
